In 1903, the original Southern Cross windmill was manufactured by the Griffiths family at the Toowoomba Foundry, and soon after so was the first Southern Cross water tank, leaving us with unparalleled expertise in dealing with towns like Dysart’s water storage needs.
In the late 60’s, we built the first Bolted Steel Round Water Tank, and have welcomed over half a century of innovation and development since then.
When Squatter Tanks were introduced to Australia, it equipped people with a reliable and affordable way of storing substantial amounds of water, and several of these tanks still stand to this day.
